Arifu Mukhtar Usman
Founder & Chairman

Arifu Mukhtar Usman

A multidisciplinary security and migration intelligence professional with over a decade of experience in Border governance and Migration Management. He serves with the Nigeria Immigration Service, leading interagency coordination, para-military operations, border surveillance, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness. The Founder of SCRF, he has contributed to national and international workshops on migration data, border security, and document fraud detection. His work reflects a commitment to ethical service delivery, security practices, and resilience building for communities.

Aisha Auwal Gabari
Secretary

Aisha Auwal Gabari

A committed legal professional, serving in the Legal Department of Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, Kano, since 2022. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018. Her expertise spans criminal and civil law practice, client engagement, Mediation and solicitor's work. She is recognized for her strong communication skills, contributing meaningfully to the legal profession and the healthcare sector.

Nurudeen Ahmad
Trustee

Nurudeen Ahmad

A sociologist by training and holds a postgraduate background in development studies. He is an immigration professional with experience spanning banking and retail, public service, border management, data migration analysis, border patrol, administration, and team leadership on a national security assignment. He has a strong interest in social development, research, and continuous learning, with a background that supports both field operations and policy-related work.
